To Health!

Some people interact with the public every day. Some people work in crowded offices – or a family member does – or a child! Luckily, we’re not bombarded in Caroline or Spotsy with crowded streets and buildings, but we still need to be cautious.

This is a bit of what we try to do in our home:

  • Staying away from extra sugar – those sick bugs love sugar!
  • Take a multivitamin and probiotic
  • We’ve chosen to stay away from many immunizations
  • Eating more natural foods and less processed
  • Washing hands with regular soap – only antibacterial when necessary
  • Plenty of water
  • And my Favorite – sleep!

 

Of course, we’re not perfect! Nowhere near! I have a daughter who loves boxed Mac & Cheese. I love hot chocolate! And as I type this, I’m making Hamburger Helper (with margarine because I’m out of healthier butter)!

Hopefully we won’t get sick, but if we do, it will be shorter and less often.
